Each Recruiter conducts a detailed interview with each candidate to determine the best opportunity that matches their individual skill set. We then offer suggestions, if needed, on improving resumes to provide a stronger representation for our candidates. TRC Professional Solutions will never present a resume for any opportunity without candidate approval!

With approval, we submit resumes to our clients for review and will coordinate interviews between our clients and our candidates. We will provide ample background on our client and provide a clear picture of what to expect during the interviews.
