1980

1980 Temporary Resources Corporation is founded and opens its first branch in Atlanta, Georgia
1982 TRC acquires the Dallas, Texas-based Regency Corporation
1984 We changed our name to TRC Temporary Services
TRC began franchising
1985 Inc. Magazine recognizes TRC as one of the top 500 fastest growing companies in the US
1987 TRC’s founders are named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Venture Magazine

1990

1990 TRC earns the “Franchise Gold 100” Award by Success Magazine
1994 We change our name to TRC Staffing Services and broadened the scope of our business offerings
1998 TRC is named “Business of the Year” by Business to Business Magazine
TRC is named finalists for Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year”
TRC is a finalist for the “Pacesetter of the Year” award (for Atlanta’s top 50 fastest growing private companies) by the Atlanta Business Chronicle

2008 TRC ranks 4th overall among Atlanta’s Top 25 Temporary Employment Agencies by Atlanta Business Chronicle
2009 Brian Robinson is named President and CEO continuing the legacy of his father

2010 TRC celebrates 30 years of placing great people in great jobs

2011 For a second consecutive year, TRC makes Inavero’s prestigious Best of Staffing™ list for both Clients and Talent
2012 TRC makes Inavero’s prestigious Best of StaffingTM list for both Clients and Talent
TRC trained our entire recruiting team, sales team, franchise owners, and home office staff on lean principles with a 3rd party Master Black Belt
TRC held our first and second Kaizen events
TRC developed our Recruitment Optimization of Talent Structure (ROOTS) program to enhance our candidate experience and deliver exceptional results to our clients
TRC developed a 14-point compliance process ensuring that our hiring standards are in line with our client’s permanent workforce requirements
